How does Leading from Within work?

Our group coaching programme is separated into three modules:

• Leading people — Understanding human behaviour and developing models & mindsets for innovation.

• Leading organisations — Creating systems and building a culture where excellence thrives and scales.

• Leading change — Addressing market and beyond-market forces strategically for competitive advantage.

Within the ten sessions, we will delve into key leadership areas such as building and maintaining teams, valuing vulnerability and transparency and managing inevitable surprises.

The sessions take place at the same time and day each week from home with no more than 10 participants.

Each session is recorded and can be accessed only by course delegates during and after the programme is completed. You will also have access to all the resources provided to use as and when you need.

We do hold a strict confidentiality agreement which entails all participants agreeing not to share any of the group coaching recordings.
