Boosting Brain Health - Why it matters to your business and how to get started.

Guest speaker:

Naomi Glover

Event date:
Thursday, March 10, 2022

The economic justification for brain health is not just about mental health. It also includes interpersonal and work skills such as teamwork, leadership, adaptability and cognitive function, as well as the ability to maintain these qualities over a career.

The WHO says: "Good brain health is a state in which every individual can realise their own abilities and optimise their cognitive, emotional, psychological and behavioural functioning to cope with life situations." The Lancet defines it as "a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing through the continuous development and exercise of the brain.”
